9 Years Already

      August 23rd is one of my all time FAVORITE holidays ... we celebrated our ninth Adoption Day Anniversary :) What tremendous joy motherhood brings me! Tears, laughter, excitement, anxiety, and even heart ache at times, love, peace, and most definitely JOY! Many have heard me say this before but it is still so true, so I will say it again ... God's plan for Chris and my life FAR surpasses ANY dream we may have had for ourselves. God truly knew what was best for our precious to me family! What fun our family had celebrating this day in Yellowstone National Park and what an amazing blessing my little family is to me.

        They just could NOT pass up the opportunity to grab some fire wood!

      This was incredible!!! This big guy walked right out in front of us, if Chris was not taking it super slow and easy we would have crashed right into him! Then he decided to walk right up the side of the hill next to my window and munch on some greens. :)

       We stayed in the Canyon Village Campground, and because we were in bear country there was a NO food or drink left out rule and several rangers to enforce that rule too.

      What fun we had on this day celebrating our family, our family that God made!
