Chi Tea

   Today is so snowy and cold that I just might have to revisit the treat Heidi and I had yesterday ...mmmmm chi tea with lots of foam and spices.

    Good thing I enjoyed it since I really need to watch my sugars from now until the baby gets here. No more 10-pounders for me thank you very much!

    note* no more chai tea either. =(

  3. 1c. Oregon Chai Original 1c. milk heat over stove while whisking (to get lots of foam)
    grate fresh cinnamon and nut meg and drink with a friend ;)
